Connie Runyon-Royer

Connie is one of the few ‘long-time Myrtle Beach area locals.’ She spent her early years in Garden City enjoying the beach and all the great things the area offers. Later she moved her family to the Conway Aynor area because she missed the country life she enjoyed as a young child.

Connie was a Realtor is the early 2000s but took ‘time off’ to spend time with her husband, raise four children, pets, gardening, and learning to be a beekeeper. The children are now older and she is returning so she can do what she loves!

Growing up in sales, she learned from an early age the importance of listening to the needs of clients. Her parents taught her the value of the business while they worked at antique shows, flea markets, jewelry and antique store, and later a Real Estate Company.
