Terri McMahon

Terri has deep experience on the legal side of real estate working 37 years as a paralegal. Preparing deeds, reviewing and preparing settlement statements along with close collaboration with, of course, office attorneys, realtors, and mortgage companies in meeting deadlines for on-time Closings.

Her focus expanded from the legal side to real estate sales. Terri completed South Carolina requirements and received her license in 2007 and began selling real estate part-time and now has stepped in full-time. She enjoys working with first-time home buyers and making sure they find that "special" first home.

Terri has been married for 45 years to her wonderful husband. They have one son and daughter-in-law, and two grandchildren.
